Meet records dating back to the first edition of the Sherwood Park Track Classic held in 2007 as a Team Alberta dual meet versus Team British Columbia before the 2007 Western Canada Summer Games. Meet currently run by Capital City Track Club, held at Strathcona Athletic Park, Sherwood Park, Alberta. Current as of 2017 edition of the Sherwood Park Track Classic.

Unique to the Sherwood Park Track Classic is the "Record Breaker" T-Shirt for anyone who breaks a meet record.
